Getting started

Your restaurant online before the end of service

You already have everything it takes: a Google listing and a paper menu. That is where we start.

  1. 1

Paste the link to your Google listing

Name, address, phone number, opening hours and services are taken from Google, and your restaurant is created from there. You tick what you keep, nothing is saved without you.

  2. 2

    Photograph your paper menu

The categories and the dishes are created from the photo. All that is left is to read it over, fix the prices that moved and add your own pictures.

  3. 3

Print the QR code for your tables

One sticker, and your customers open the menu in their own language. You change the menu whenever you want, the QR code never changes again.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner, on one page

Keep as many menus as you like and publish several at once: your customers pick between them on your page, which opens on the one you are serving at that hour.

The ones you are still working on stay yours alone. Duplicate the card that works to start from it, and when everything is right, one click sends it to the tables.

Five real themes, not five shades of grey

Modern, elegant, street… each theme changes the typography, the colours and the layout, not just the colour of a button.

Pick the one that looks like your dining room, adjust your colour, and your menu stops looking like the place across the street.

What your customers check before they order

A customer looking for “stir-fry”, one who does not eat meat, one who cannot take chilli and one who cannot eat gluten all get their answer from the menu itself, without raising a hand and without ringing anybody.

  • A search that filters the menu as your customer types, with no accents or capitals to get right.
  • A vegetarian filter and a filter by chilli level, shown only when your menu has enough on it to fill them.
  • The 14 allergens of the European regulation, ticked dish by dish and spelled out under the dish rather than drawn as pictograms nobody has met.
  • An item served in several forms — a glass and a bottle, a small one and a large one — carries a price per form instead of a single one.

A filter hides the dishes that declare the allergen, and nothing more: a dish you have not filled in stays on the page, because it is unknown rather than guaranteed free of it. Your menu says so to your customers, in as many words.

Pan-fried market vegetables 16.00 €

Baby carrots, mangetout and a bold Espelette pepper jus.

Allergens: Celery, Milk

Sancerre, Domaine des Coteaux

Sauvignon blanc, sharp and mineral.

  • Glass 7.00 €
  • Bottle 32.00 €

Allergens: Sulphites

Good to know

Your hours and your services, right under the menu

The two things a customer checks before coming over: whether you are open, and whether they can sit on the terrace with the dog. Both are on the same page as the menu, so nobody has to ring to find out.

  • Your whole week, day by day, with a lunch service and a dinner service on the days you serve both.
  • An open or closed pill worked out live, in your restaurant's own time zone rather than a server's.
  • A day off, or two weeks in August: mark the restaurant temporarily closed and your page reads closed until you switch it back, without touching your hours.
  • 25 services to tick — terrace, wifi, luncheon vouchers, dogs allowed — each with its own icon, and each in the language your customer is reading.

Your hours and your services are read from your Google listing when you create the restaurant, so most of this is filled in before you have typed a thing.

Statistics

How many customers really open your menu?

Views and visitors day by day, over 7, 30 or 90 days, compared with the period right before. Enough to tell whether the sticker on your tables is really doing anything.

  • Your menu's views and visitors, day by day.
  • How it moved against the very same days of the previous period.
  • Counted in your restaurant's own time, not a server's, so a service running past midnight lands on the evening you served.
  • Crawlers are kept out of the count.

No cookie, no tracker, and neither an IP address nor an identifier kept: your visitors are counted anonymously, and there is no banner for you to show because of it.

MCP server

Dictate the dish of the day, it lands in your menu

Atablo ships an MCP server: connect Claude, or any other compatible client, and ask it for what you would otherwise do by hand in the interface.

  • Your menus, your categories and your dishes can be read and edited straight from the conversation.
  • The connection goes through OAuth: you authorise the client the way you would authorise an application, and you cut its access whenever you want.
  • Read-only by default. Writing to your menu takes an explicit authorisation.

You

Add a burrata at €12 to the starters, and move the duck breast to €24.

Your assistant

Two changes on your evening menu: “Burrata and heirloom tomatoes” added to Starters at €12.00, and “Duck breast” moved from €22.00 to €24.00.

Fast and complete

Atablo answers your need quickly and without complexity.

Straight to the point, no detours.

No commission, no advertising
Free solutions have to make their money somewhere: ads on your menu, a commission on your orders, your customer relationship sold on. Here you pay a subscription, one single price, with no setup fee. Your menu belongs to you and to nobody else.
Your paper menu imported from a photo
Photograph the menu you already have: the categories and the dishes are created for you. All that is left is to read it over, fix what needs fixing and put it on the tables.
A QR code that speaks your customers' language
The QR code you print is not locked to one language. A French speaker opens the menu in French, an English-speaking tourist opens it in English, from the same sticker on the table.
Several restaurants, one account
You run all your places from the same dashboard, each with its own menus, its own theme and its own opening hours. Billing follows: a restaurant you add is billed at the same price, a restaurant you remove stops being billed.
No maintenance required
There is nothing for you to do, we take care of everything. No more complicated maintenance, security holes to patch or updates to run, and you get every new feature as soon as it ships.
Unlimited traffic
Lots of customers? Good news! Thanks to our infrastructure, every visitor gets the best possible experience no matter how much traffic your online menu gets.

Testimonials

What our chefs say about it

Menus that change every week, full dining rooms on a Saturday night, and a phone that has stopped ringing about the opening hours.

We changed the menu every Thursday and reprinted the whole thing the night before. Now I put the week's menu together on the train, and I publish it on Thursday morning from my phone.

CR
Camille Roussel
Head chef — Le Comptoir des Halles, Lyon

I photographed my paper menu on a Sunday evening and everything was online twenty minutes later. All I had to do was fix two prices and move one dish back into place.

ÉF
Élise Fournier
Head chef — La Table d'Élise, Nantes

My customers scan, they see the prices, and they stop asking me three times what is in the lunch menu. The street food theme actually looks like my shop, not like a wedding website.

AB
Ahmed Benali
Manager — Chez Ahmed, Marseille

People used to ring at three in the afternoon to ask whether we were open. The page says open or closed on its own now, with the terrace and the luncheon vouchers right underneath, and the phone stays quiet.

MD
Marc Delatour
Head chef — Bistrot du Pont, Bordeaux

I can finally see how many people open the menu every day. On a Saturday night we go past eighty visitors, and that genuinely surprised me.

SM
Sofia Marchetti
Head chef — Trattoria Marchetti, Nice

I dictate the dish of the day to my assistant during the prep, and it is on the tables before the first service. I only open the interface once a month now.
